E3 Chophouse
Three months. Full gut, exterior rebuild, and a new structure larger than the original building.
Located on Steamboat’s legendary Yampa Street, on the river front promenade where locals and tourists gather for indoor, outdoor dining and festivities.
Due to complications and time restraints the interior designer was unable to do the project. CHS stepped in and worked with the client to find solutions to create the space the client desired.
Restaurants don't open late without consequences. CHS kept it moving.
E3 Chophouse has been a fixture on the Yampa River since 2013.
